The two founders of the band Psyched Up Janis , Sune Rose Wagner and Jakob Krogh Jørgensen, are celebrating their 30th anniversary at Store VEGA.

Psyched Up Janis established themselves as one of Denmark's best live bands back in the 90s, where they played numerous concerts in Denmark, the rest of Europe, and the USA. They performed at legendary venues in the USA such as CBGB's (New York), The Troubadour (L.A.), and Bottom of the Hill (San Francisco). They went on several European tours and Nordic tours. Moreover, they are the only band ever to have played at the Roskilde Festival for 6 consecutive years from 1994 to 1999.

In 2009, the band had a brief reunion tour when they paid tribute to their good friend, photographer Søren Solkær, at his major Rockfoto exhibition Closer at Øksnehallen. It was the first time the band played together in 10 years. When they realized that there was still joy in playing together within the band and a dedicated fan base, they organized their second reunion tour in 2014, celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album, Swell.
