Expanded concert formats and special collaborations
With our residencies, artists have had the opportunity to expand the concert space over several days and across multiple concert halls with audience interaction and digital integration. In addition VEGA Residency also offers the possibility to use other VEGA Beyond formats such as VEGA LAB, Immersive Sound, and VEGA rec.
Nils Frahm - Music for Denmark
Under the headline Musik til Danmark, Nils Frahm, in collaboration with Danish artists and inspired by Denmark, will create a connection between his neo-classical, ambient, and electronic music from Funkhaus in Berlin and VEGA in Copenhagen.
MØ X VEGA TAKEOVER
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the iconic debut album No Mythologies to Follow in 2024, MØ organized a dedicated takeover, where the audience was taken through the creative processes within her music and visual expression. A takeover that ranged from concert to collage workshop and immersive works.
Lukas Graham - The Recording Experience
During Easter 2024, Lukas Graham transformed the whole VEGA into a live music studio, exhibition space, concert hall, and banquet hall. Each day and nighr focused on a new part of the upcoming album, and the audience got get close to the recording process and Lukas himself.
