Under the artist name grandson, Jordan Benjamin’s songs have found their way into the ears of fans all over the world. A mix of rock, hip hop and electronica, and the lyrics are as bolshie as the melodies that deliver them.

Regaining control of your life, mental health, dependency and social problems in his generation are some of the topics Benjamin tackles with his lyrics. His breakthrough single “Blood// Water” (2018) is a good example of the latter with lines on greed and political corruption.

The song achieved massive success in the popular Riverdale series and has more than 540,000,000 plays on Spotify. He's now releasing his first music in his own name since 2021.

The single “Eulogy”. It features a laid-back flow punctuated by admissions, existential anxiety and apocalyptic consequences. The song is from a new upcoming album scheduled for later this year.
